It was a cold day a week before Thanksgiving, but 36 people, including many from VCU, ran in the Third Annual Turkey Trot 5K race at Belle Isle. An Olympic runner with a time of 15 minutes, 37 seconds, won the race, but he could not accept his award because of Olympic regulations.
