Campus vigil honors victims

Students, faculty and staff gathered in the University Student Commons Plaza Sunday evening in remembrance of those who lost their lives Sept. 11, 2001, as well as those who perished in Hurricane Katrina. As flags between the Commons Plaza and the Business Building flew at half-staff, SGA President Edward O'Leary addressed those who came to show their support.

Professor's heart attack gives students am in-class scare

John Hartnett is teaching class with another chance at life. Hartnett collapsed Aug. 29 during his psychology class. With the help of his students, he was all right by the time paramedics came. According to the VCU Department of Psychology, Hartnett had a problem with his pacemaker but he was fine and came back teaching Aug.

The VCU Police Department is now asking for help locating first-year student Taylor Marie Behl, who was reported missing last Thursday. VCU Police said that Behl, a 17-year-old from Vienna in Fairfax County, was last seen leaving Gladding Residence Center around 10 p.m.
