Fuller asks for bench trial

Former VCU Police Chief William B. Fuller waived his trial by jury today at Chesterfield County Circuit Court. Fuller asked and was granted a bench trial on July 8, meaning that it will be heard before a sitting judge with no jury present. Fuller faces three felony charges: one for attempted indecent liberties with a minor and two for use of an electronic device to solicit a minor.
